1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and food safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered:

• Opened or used food products
• Products with damaged packaging caused after delivery
• Perishable items after the return request period
• Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer

3. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and the returned product has been inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds may be issued through:

• Nagad
• Bank Transfer
• Original payment method (where applicable)

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method.

4. Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, you may choose either:

• A full refund, or
• A replacement with a similar product of equal value.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error by GayerSodai (such as receiving the wrong or damaged product), we will cover all return shipping costs.

If the return is requested for reasons not caused by GayerSodai, any applicable return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility.
